I just used Wallpaper Direct for the first time and have been very impressed by your service. The speed with which you delivered the wallpaper which I ordered, especially considering that it had to be ordered from the manufacturer, was vey impressive, as was the accuracy of the predicted arrival time. I also liked the information about delivery which you provided: both e-mail and SMS messages, and the options to redirect or defer. Very impressive and customer centric.

I ordered 3 rolls of roadwork ahead wallpaper (blue) for my 3 year olds new bedroom, the delivery estimate was 3 - 5 days, much to my surprise by bedtime the day I ordered I'd received a text message telling me it would be arriving by courier the following day, I was really thrilled the next morning to receive a text telling me to expect my delivery between 9:41 and10:41! It arrived really quickly and was here by 10am! I haven't had a chance to put it up yet, that's a job for next week, but I've had it out of the box and it looks really fabulous. I just wanted to let you know that I am absolutely thrilled with the quality not only of the product but of service from your company, I will definitely be using you again as you have the best selection of paper I've seen anywhere, particularly for little people, I will also be recommending you to others. I am just emailing to compliment you on your excellent customer service. The estimated delivery date was five days after ordering online and in fact I received my paper only two days after ordering. I was most impressed with your text service which kept me informed of the delivery date and time and gave me an hour long slot for delivery on the day. I was even more impressed when the wallpaper arrived bang slap in the middle of the allocated hour!

After placing my order with you on 4th July I was very happy and surprised to receive it on 6th July. I tracked my order and was informed that it would be delivered between 1.45pm and 2.45pm by DPD UK. My surprise was that it was delivered at exactly 1.45pm! I have examined the wallpaper and am very pleased with it. I have no hesitation in using your Company in the future and recommending you and DPD UK to my family and friends.

having started to wallpaper a room and found I was two strips short for a wall, I ordered one more roll, Monday lunchtime and asked, hoping for the same batch number, but not expecting the same batch number, the roll arrived early Wed morning and on the wall soon after and it was the same batch number!
being a busy B&B the room didn't need to be out of service for long.

I just wanted to congratulate your company on their superb, efficient and very professional service. I had been trying to source Smooth Blown Vinyl locally, but to no avail. I found Wallpaper Direct from a google search for "Smooth Blown Vinyl".
Your website is excellent and very user friendly. The secure packaging in which the wallpaper rolls were delivered was exceptional, giving a real quality feel to my purchase. Also your customer letter enclosed within the parcel was a nice touch!. You even provide a detailed instruction on your website on how to hang paper - thank you for that.
The other excellent aspect of my shopping experience with you, was the first class service from DPD. What a truly brilliant tracking system, and even down to a 1 hour delivery gap, saving me staying in all day to wait for the parcel. The tracking advised me of a delivery between 16.11 and 17.11 - the courier arrived at exactly 16.11 - amazing!
Sorry to have gone on a bit, but service such as yours can be hard to come by these days - your staff are to be congratulated. I will certainly recommend Wallpaperdirect.
