Q. Is Wallpaperdirect affiliated to any sites?

Q. What forms of payment does Wallpaperdirect accept?

Wallpaperdirect accepts most major credit and debit cards. We regret that we cannot
currently accept cheques or American Express.
Q. Will my credit cards details be safe, is Wallpaperdirect secure?
A.
Any information you provide to wallpaperdirect,
including credit card information, is encrypted on our
secure server through SSL and software provided by Barclay's merchant services.
The encryption process converts the
information you enter into bits of code that are then securely
transmitted over the Internet. Therefore, you can be assured that shopping online with
wallpaperdirect.co.uk is a hassle-free experience
and one that is completely secure and protected against

Q. How do I know that my order has been received?
A.
Once you have submitted your order you will be sent
an order confirmation e-mail
that contains your unique order number. This number should
be used in reference to any queries or problems that you have.

What if the product that I order is out of stock?
A.
If any of the Products that you have requested are out of
stock, you will be notified within 24 hours
excluding Friday pm to Sunday am.
Q. How much will delivery cost?
A.
Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland
addresses is £5.95 (inc. VAT). For all deliveries outside the
UK mainland, please email
info@wallpaperdirect.co.uk
or call 00 44 (0)1323 430886 for a carriage quote. Samples - first 2
are free
of charge and carriage paid, thereafter each sample will be charged at 50
pence carriage paid.
Q. How long
will delivery take?
A.
Goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours of the receipt of order
and delivered within four working days
from placing your
order. Delivery will normally be by post or by courier.
Q. What about Value Added Tax (VAT) on Wallpaperdirect?
A.
All prices shown on Wallpaperdirect include VAT at 17.5%.
Wallpaperdirect's VAT number is 190 156 570.
Q.
Can I arrange for my order to go to another address other than my own?
A.
Yes it's simple; just fill in the different desired address in the shipping address.
Q. Can I pay for my order when I receive it?
A.
No. All products must be paid for prior to delivery.
Q. What if the product is faulty, what is your returns policy?
A.
If the Product is defective in any way or has a
fault, a full replacement
or refund will of course be made at no charge. If a product is faulty, please notify us by email at: returns@wallpaperdirect.co.uk
or phone 01323 430886 for assistance. Please
do note that you should check all wallpaper products for
faults before and during hanging. In the event of a
fault please
send a sample of the product to us with the
label - it should not be necessary to return all the faulty
product.
Q. Can I return non faulty products?
A.
If You are not completely satisfied with Your wallpaperdirect
Product You may return
it in the same condition as dispatched within twenty-eight
days with the sales ticket and in the original packaging
for a refund subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.

This is our address for returns and any other communication. Please do note that you should check all wallpaper products for faults before and during hanging. If you wish to return Products, please send us an e-mail to wallpaperdirect Customer Service at: returns@wallpaperdirect.co.uk.
Please state your docket number (our ref on delivery note), your order id number (located on your confirmation e-mail), the reason for returning the Product and whether you would like a refund or a replacement Product.

Are there any other recommendations you would make regarding Wallpaperdirect?

We strongly recommend ordering a sample of
the product to ensure that the colour,
texture and design of the wallcovering are exactly what you are looking for before
you place your order.

I know the brand / pattern number of the wallpaper that I want but it is not on the site. Can you help?
A.

We can supply most available wallpapers.
Q. Can you supply fabrics?
A.
If the fabric you desire is by a well known
interior fashion brand, then
the answer is probably, yes. Simply phone our quickquote

Q. What if I
have a complaint?
A.
Simply contact us and we will endeavour to deal with your complaint speedily. We will notify you
within 5 working days of any complaints
that we receive and will attempt to provide
you with a timescale for the resolution of the problem. You may e-mail us at
